New, sleeker automotive designs often place the radiator below the engine, creating the potential for air to become trapped in the engine block or cylinder head(s), causing the engine to overheat. The Mityvac AirEvac kit combines our universal cooling system adapter with a compressed air operated venturi vacuum to quickly eliminate trapped air by purging and refilling the cooling system under vacuum. Equipped with a flow control valve, our unique design allows the operator to vacuum purge the cooling system, hold the vacuum in order to monitor the cooling system for leaks, and then refill it using the same vacuum.
